Roy, his Pokémon, and Captain Pikachu have arrived at Indigo Academy, where Liko is surprised to see them! Liko and Roy tell Ann about what happened to the Rising Volt Tacklers in Laqua, and Roy asks Liko for her help tracking down Pokémon that seem to be affected by Laquium. But Pagogo hasn’t left its Poké Ball for the past year, so Liko apologetically turns down Roy’s request. Then, after battles between Roy and Ann and then Liko and Roy, a group of students confronts Roy—is he really a member of the Rising Volt Tacklers? And how will Liko respond?
