Finally in Laqua, the Rising Volt Tacklers are dismayed to be confronted by the four generals of the Explorers. Friede, Captain Pikachu, and Charizard take on Spinel’s Beheeyem and Umbreon, but Spinel tricks Friede into revealing Cap’s Lightning Rod Ability, which Spinel then uses to his own advantage. Meanwhile, Liko, Roy, and Dot go up against Sidian, Coral, and Chalce, coming up with different strategies to stay in battle. Will the Rising Volt Tacklers be able to defeat the Explorers and protect Laqua?
