Notice about distribution of update data for the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl games

■Ver. 1.3.0 (Released March 15, 2022)
- Added an event related to Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
- If a user on a Nintendo Switch system has save data from Pokémon Legends: Arceus that meets set requirements, that player can take part in a special event to meet the Mythical Pokémon Arceus when playing the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond or Pokémon Shining Pearl games.

- It is now possible to trade Pokémon online at the GWS in Jubilife City.

- Union Room functions have been expanded.

- Certain animated scenes and movies, including the title demo that plays when the software is booted up and the ending movie, will be implemented.

- Note: Animation of the ending movie has been added. Even if you have already reflected entering the Hall of Fame on your save data, you can see the ending by entering the Hall of Fame again.

- Note: Local communication is not compatible with version 1.0.0.Please make sure you have the same update version as the people you’d like to play with.
About planned future updates: On the day of the release, interactions using local communication in the Union Room will be limited to two players. You’ll be able to battle, trade, or mix records in the Union Room at first, but a future update is planned to enable greeting and Capsule Decoration functions as well. Additionally, future updates are planned to enable Link Battles via the Colosseum function in Pokémon Centers.
